To avoid problem of administrator rights, this version can be downloaded as a ZIP file (20 Mo)

To use the ZIP file, please extract the Casyopee directory into an allowed directory and run casyopee.exe.
It should run directly in English, and you can choose your language via  the Options Langue .menu.

Note that if the NotePad does not display correctly because of a restriction on the temporary directory, you can change it via the
